Child dedication is the public opportunity for parents to dedicate their child to the Lord, promising before the congregation to bring up their child in the Christian faith.
Oakwood is hosting a Child Dedication Class on Sunday, May 4 in preparation for our next child dedication on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 11. Connect with other parents in a similar life stage while learning how Oakwood participates in child dedication. Parents also will get to understand a broader scope of "what's next" in raising a child to know and love Jesus.
