This week kids will be discussing The Good Samaritan. Here is a fun video you can share with your kids – my kids like these characters' bouncy heads.
Our Bible Cookie lesson makes this connection even “sweeter” with homemade cookies! Often, we make cookies for others as a kind (and sweet) gesture when they are hurting. God wants us to be kind and generous with others.
Sunday, Nov. 3
Remember to set your clocks back an hour for Daylight Saving Time. Get this little jingle stuck in your head to help you remember.
Kids will be in Genesis 22 where Abraham was willing to give his only son for God. Thankfully, God provided another way. God was willing to give His only Son for us. Jesus knew there was no other way to save God’s people, so He died and rose again to provide them with forgiveness and life with God forever.
Offering Update | Operation Christmas Child
Keep up the good work! Kids offering monies collected through Nov. 24 will go towards coving the cost of shipping 40 shoeboxes filled with gifts and the gospel.
We are also looking for items to fill these 40 boxes. Consider sharing this Amazon Wishlist with others and purchasing something.
