Wednesday Night Community
This month we're journeying through the Easter story. This week, we'll set our eyes on the cross. We'll focus on John 18-19 while using the other three gospels to see the big picture of what happened and why on Good Friday.
No Sunday Programming | April 20
In observation of the Easter holiday, there is no Kids Ministry programming on April 20. Childcare is available for kids 4 and younger. Kids Ministry programming will resume on April 27.
Offering Update
The offering from Kids Ministry will go toward a new classroom for kids in Congo through our Global Partner, Global Fingerprints. Our goal is $390. We chose this number because it's $39/month to sponsor a child at the school! (Learn more about the sponsorship opportunity here.)
On Sunday, April 13, we collected $22.77 for a total of $381.04 received toward our goal!
True North Kids Summer Day Camp
Registration is now open for Oakwood's "True North" Kids Summer Day Camp! Back this year are the half-day preschool option and the opportunity to bring a non-Oakwood friend for free! Kids will spend a fun day learning how to trust Jesus in a wild world.
