Infant - 5th grade: Week of Sept. 27, 2021

September 28, 2021

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 29 | 6:30-8 PM

3 year olds - 5th graders*

Each week, we’ll provide a fun, interactive learning environment with games, songs, and opportunities to discover how to follow Jesus together. We’ll laugh and grow as disciples as we see and hear the stories of Scripture unfold before our eyes!

Please note: doors open at 6:15 p.m.

Last week:

Kids were challenged to memorize Mark 1:17. If they have worked on this memory verse, please encourage them to share it on Wednesday night.

This week:

The two sons (Matthew 21:28-31)

We can’t just tell Jesus that we will follow Him today and then change our minds tomorrow. Just saying we will love Him is pretending unless we truly live for Him. Even if you said no to Jesus before, you can change your mind and follow Him today!

Memory verse: John 11:25-26

*Childcare is also available for infants and toddlers.

SUNDAY, oct. 3 | 9-10 AM

2 year olds - 5th graders*

This ministry year, volunteer leaders will be guiding kids through The Gospel Project curriculum. Through play, art, music and more, kids will learn that the big story of the Bible is more than a story - it's good news that can be lived out and shared!

Here is a look ahead at what will be taught on Sunday!
SIN ENTERED THE WORLD:
  • KEY PASSAGE: Romans 3:23

  • BIG PICTURE QUESTION: Genesis 3
What does it mean to sin? To sin is to think, speak, or behave in any way that goes against God and His commands.

  • CHRIST CONNECTION:
Ever since Adam and Eve sinned, all people have been sinners. Our sin separates us from God, but God still loves us. God promised a Rescuer would come from Eve’s family. God sent His Son, Jesus, to rescue people from sin and bring them back to God.

*Childcare is also available for infants and toddlers.
