God Calls Us to Follow Him 
(Paul Goes to Rome—Acts 27-28) 

Hello Fellow Oakwood Parents-  

This week is the last week of children’s programing for the summer. It has been a joy seeing and a pleasure serving your children.  

August is Family Month and we invite you to worship together with your children.  

This week we will continue to learn about Paul and how he shared the Good News. God wants us to follow Him – wherever He leads. We can be a missionary and share the Good News right here, right now! Let’s dig in a bit more together! 

WAYS TO CONNECT THIS WEEK
  • In Person - Kids - join us this Sunday morning at Oakwood at 9:00 a.m.
     
    • 2-3 year olds will meet in the Kindergarten room (upper level)
    • 4 year olds - 1st graders will meet in the Kids Zone (upper level)
    • 2nd - 5th graders will meet in the Gathering Place (lower level)

  • Facebook Live - Join us online starting at 8:45 a.m. here, or watch it anytime during the week on our Facebook page.

4th & 5th GRADE EVENT | July 28 | 6-8 PM

There are still seats available for next weeks Paint & Punch event for 4th & 5th graders. Register for a fun night with me & Kara.

More About Ashley

Ashley is often on the go! She’s a mom to two busy kids and a high energy dog, she volunteers with her kids’ Parent Teacher Organization, and she enjoys hosting family dinners on Sundays. While the quiet at her family’s cabin draws her to northern Wisconsin often, she likes to travel and see God’s creation with her husband and kiddos. In her spare time (what’s that?!), Ashley enjoys baking and cake decorating, and learning new photography skills. Of course, a good cup of coffee fuels all of this activity and fun!
