KIDS

JUNE 26 | 9-10 AM

This Sunday we are going to be jumping into the book of I Samuel and looking at the story of Hannah!  Hannah trusted God and sent Samuel away from home to serve God with his whole life. God sent Jesus from heaven to earth to be our Savior. And like Jesus, Samuel used his life to show others what our God is like.  As parents I’m sure you can relate to this Bible truth lesson. John 3:16, " For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only son." Hannah, out of love for God, gave up her child knowing that He would be fully carrying out God’s will for his life!!!

MY PRAYER FOR YOU

My prayer for you this week is that you would make sure that you are striving to model living your life every day for our God, and that you would be parents who desire more than anything to see your child’s love for their Heavenly Father grow deeper and deeper. I pray you would create an environment in your home, and throughout your day-to-day life, that helps your children understand that they are here to be used by God!!! Be encouraged by Hannah's story and reminded of God's willingness to give his one and only son.Spend some time this week asking God what you or your children are to give up so you can be fully devoted to Him and His plan for your life!
