God’s Love Changes Us 
(Saul’s Conversion—Acts 9) 

Hello Fellow Oakwood Parents- 

This week our kids will be learning about the great changes Jesus can make in us! Saul thought he loved God. He knew God’s laws and obeyed them his whole life. Saul thought obeying the law was what God wanted. But Saul didn’t know following the law and being a good person wasn’t enough. He needed Jesus – and so do we!

WAYS TO CONNECT THIS WEEK
  • In Person - Kids - join us this Sunday morning at Oakwood at 9:00 a.m.
     
    • 2-3 year olds will meet in the Kindergarten room (upper level)
    • 4 year olds - 1st graders will meet in the Kids Zone (upper level)
    • 2nd - 5th graders will meet in the Gathering Place (lower level)

MATERIALS AND ACTIVITIES
4th & 5th Grade Special Event 

Last week the rain held off and a bunch of 4th & 5th graders had a great time at the Pool Party. Thank you to all who came and enjoyed and thank you Werner’s for opening your pool to us!

More About Ashley

Ashley is often on the go! She’s a mom to two busy kids and a high energy dog, she volunteers with her kids’ Parent Teacher Organization, and she enjoys hosting family dinners on Sundays. While the quiet at her family’s cabin draws her to northern Wisconsin often, she likes to travel and see God’s creation with her husband and kiddos. In her spare time (what’s that?!), Ashley enjoys baking and cake decorating, and learning new photography skills. Of course, a good cup of coffee fuels all of this activity and fun!
