Oakwood's Annual Meeting + Potluck

Let's celebrate a fantastic year at Oakwood "by the numbers!" We'll enjoy a potluck dinner together beginning at 5:30 p.m., followed by the business session. At the end of the evening, members are invited to vote on the budget and elder candidates.

Kids will be dismissed before the business session.

Voting Information
Members will be invited to vote to approve:
- The 2026-2027 Budget
- New elder candidates
- New nominating committee candidates
Voting will be open from 5 - 7:30 p.m. on July 26.
