We are loyal and give our hearts to Jesus! As we stay in the Book of Matthew, we will read chapter 6:24-27. God asks us to trust Him and serve only Him if we want to be His disciples. We will talk about how to trust in God only, and not to worry!
Sunday, April 19
All month long we are learning about the early life of Jesus and are focusing on John 3:16 (a Bible Basic for some kids). This week we are learning about when Jesus was dedicated. Ask your older kid if they remember seeing a baby dedicated at Oakwood? A younger sibling or just someone in the church maybe. Mary and Joseph dedicated Jesus to the Lord, too!

Offering Update
Kids have a goal of collecting $167 (see what we did there) toward craft supplies for the team serving at Esperanza Viva Youth Home this summer.
