What: Fall Retreat
When: Oct. 3 - 5 | Leave Oakwood at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Return to Oakwood at 12 p.m. on Sunday
Where: The Woods Camp | Fredonia, WI
Cost: $150/student*
*Don't let cost hinder your student from attending. Talk to Pastor Caleb about scholarships.
Parents/guardians must complete the 2025-2026 Consent Form as well as the Student Travel Consent Form specific to this retreat.
FAQs
- What should my student bring?
- Bring a Bible, something to write in, bedding, toiletries, and weather-appropriate clothes. Money for the snack shack and merch is also recommended. Paintball is an activity option, so please bring clothes for that if your student wants to participate.
- What will my student be doing at the retreat?
- Students will enjoy times of worship, teaching from God's Word and discussion, outdoor games, high-ropes course, gym games, and more.
- What are the sleeping arrangements?
- Guys and girls will sleep in separate cabins with 1-2 per sleeping area depending on attendance numbers.
- What does the registration cost cover?
- The $150 registration fee covers lodging, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 dinners, meeting rooms, activities, campfires, and the use of the grounds.
