Just Among Moms (JAM)

Join us this year as we gain parenting tools, support each other, and grow in our faith!
Our Just Among Moms community will explore four themes over the course of our next two semesters. In the Fall, our JAM community will be shoring up their wisdom by spending several weeks focused on intentionality in parenting. Before we break for the Christmas season, we will slow down to examine the infiltration of “hurry” in our current culture against God’s calling for us to find rest in partnership with Him.
Resuming in January, we will dive into the twists of life’s unexpected seasons. Our plan is to reflect, as we follow the story of Joseph in the Bible, how even the worst pain can have purpose in God’s hands. We will wrap up the year with a much-needed review of the impact and thoughtful use of technology in our family lives and legacies.
Just Among Moms is a group where you can cultivate your village with other moms. Moms with children newborn through high school welcome! Invite a friend!

When: Wednesdays or Thursdays, beginning Sept. 11 [6:30 - 8 p.m.] or Sept. 12 [9 - 10:45 a.m.]
*JAM will resume in 2025 on Jan. 15/16
Where: Oakwood
Childcare: Wednesdays: preschool age children and older; Thursdays: children ages 5 and under
Cost: $15 for the year (covers 2nd semester, too)
