WHAT: Districts 2025 Youth Conference: Step Out

WHEN: January 10 - 12, 2025
WHERE: KI Convention Center, Green Bay, WI
COST: $75/student* - includes conference registration, transportation, hotel, and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
*Oakwood is charging $75/student to attend Districts. The actual cost is higher, but Oakwood is honored to cover the remaining balance. If you'd like to donate above and beyond the $75 minimum registration fee, we invite you to do that if you are able.
Please don't let cost hinder your student's attendance. Scholarship funding is available. Please reach out to Pastor Caleb if you need assistance.

Departure & Arrival Information:
Friday, Jan. 10:
- Students and adult leaders meet at Oakwood at 3:30 p.m. Students and leaders will depart at 4 p.m.
Sunday, Jan. 12:
- Approximate arrival time at Oakwood is 2:30 p.m.
*We suggest adding $10/meal not covered. The Hyatt (where we're likely staying) is cash-free. We recommend a Visa gift card for payment.
