More About Sonja

Sonja’s a gift to Oakwood in her part-time Missions Coordinator role and as a volunteer in many areas of the church. She and her husband, Joe, stay busy with their eight children and five grandchildren, to whom they delight in sharing the love of Jesus. Sonja’s always been an avid reader, but most recently you can find her raising chickens or kayaking in her free time. In her earlier career days, Sonja was a music teacher and still enjoys playing the French horn.
