October is Fire Safety Month
YES, our volunteers know the drill! Do you?
In case of a fire, please exit the building at the nearest exit – DO NOT COME GET YOUR KIDS IN FROM THE CLASSROOM. Volunteers will already be outside the building on the blacktop near the upper-level playground. Once all kids are accounted for, parents will pick up their children from their teacher still using the guardian receipt.
Baptism Class | Sunday, Oct. 19 | 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
This interactive parent and child class is geared towards 2nd-5th graders, but all are welcome if you want to learn more about baptism or are considering being baptized at Oakwood’s next baptism service on Sunday, Nov. 16. Registration is required for the Baptism Class.
