Kids ask tough questions. Our desire is to partner with you so you feel equipped to answer those questions with answers based on biblical truth.
Join us for Phase Day!
When: Saturday, May 1 from 9-11 a.m. (only two hours!)
Where: Oakwood Church
Cost: $5 per child with a maximum of $15 per family
Details: Spend two hours of intentional time with your kids discussing biblical truths in age-appropriate ways.
- 9 - 9:30 a.m. - Continental Breakfast and Family Activity
- 9:30 - 11 a.m. - Phase-specific breakout groups:
- Preschool (3 years - Kindergarten): FAITH STEPS - Learn ways to help your child take their first steps of faith and develop healthy spiritual rhythms with fun activities for Praise & Worship, Bible Reading, Prayer and Service.
- Elementary (1st - 5th grade): TABLE TALK - Learn why the Lord’s Supper is so meaningful and important for followers of Jesus as we explore Passover and what Jesus did at the Last Supper. Families will take the Lord’s Supper as part of our time together.
- Middle School (6th - 8th grade): IMAGE - Grow in your understanding of your true identity and where it comes from, establishing this truth in your mind and your heart.
- High School (9th - 12th grade): LEAD - The Bible's definition of a leader is different than society's. Together with your student, learn what makes a true leader and the skills to lead your friends and family in the ever-changing world.
