Rejoice! He Is Born

Christmas lights twinkle. The trees are trimmed. The cookies are baked. It’s the time of year for celebration!

But have we taken the time to dwell on the cause of our celebrating? What is the reason to rejoice?

Many of our favorite Christmas carols point to the answer... can you hear the melodies in your head?

Mary did you know that your baby boy would save our sons and daughters...?

Mild he lays his glory by, born that man no more may die...

Come, thou long-expected Jesus, born to set thy people free...

Jesus was born... for a great purpose! To save us from a life in slavery to sin. Trescue us from a hope-drained existence so that we can know God and live in peace, with assurance of His love.

And that’s the best reason to celebrate! Rejoice! He is born!

You are invited to begin the Advent season with an evening to REJOICEfilled with Christmas music and reflections on the birth of our Savior!

  • Delicious buffet dinner & dessert
  • Christmas songs, both old and new
